01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the 999rr platform ("999rr", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("player", "you").

By accessing or using the 999rr.lat website, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

999rr will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods apply for depositing and withdrawing funds on the 999rr platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Funds must be sent using the method designated by 999rr.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from an unknown source are not permitted.
• 999rr reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

999rr will never cancel a withdrawal request unless there is clear evidence of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at 999rr, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General terms related to bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device will be treated as fraud.

5.3 VIP Program

The 999rr VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your ongoing gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. 999rr reserves the right to change the cashback amounts and rules.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 999rr platform — including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting — are operated according to specific rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely impartial.
• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Specific rules for markets and bet types apply in sports betting.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The rules of game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) may also apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999rr platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent behavior.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Misconduct, harassment, or threats toward other players or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
• Operating an account under a false identity or while under age.

If any of the above activities are detected, 999rr reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action without prior notice.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 999rr

999rr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus abuse or engaging in prohibited activities.

8.2 Self-Exclusion by the Player

Any player may contact the support team to request a temporary or permanent closure of their account. In accordance with the responsible gaming policy, this request will be actioned as quickly as possible.
